Yes, but in the second picture, it's much more a matter of a coronation, wouldn't you think?

What I still want to know is, who so endowed Rummy with that much power (as in setting up puppetry-ish governments), and with a lifetime contract? Who does HE have blackmail on?

Or is he just the Beast in a very frail frame?
